Expert session: Unlock grants for your food brand with InnoVein

Grants are often overlooked by food entrepreneurs, not because they don’t qualify, but because navigating the landscape requires time and specialized knowledge. In this session, InnoVein cuts through the complexity and shows you exactly what’s available for your business—and how to apply for it.
The expert-
For this session, we welcome Ivan and his colleagues from InnoVein, a specialist grant consultancy with years of experience in innovative sectors such as food, health, textiles, and cosmetics. They operate at the regional, national, and European levels and handle the entire process for you—from identifying opportunities to submitting applications and managing compliance.
Many Kitchen Republic members have already partnered with InnoVein and successfully secured funding for product development, sustainability initiatives, and team training, including Goodoo, Max&Bien, Mamaschai, Favamole, Good Jamu, Protaste, Van Eigen Deeg, Donny Craves, Teabar, and LÄCKER.
About the session
We’ll start with a clear overview: what subsidies are available for food businesses, what are they actually worth, and how do you know if you qualify? InnoVein will walk you through the most relevant programs—from R&D tax relief and innovation grants to funding for training your team or scaling through partnerships.
InnoVein knows the food sector and will focus on what’s genuinely relevant for brands like yours, whether you’re developing a new product, investing in sustainability, expanding internationally, or building your team.
After the lunch break, there will be time for one-on-one sessions where you can sit down with an InnoVein expert and discuss your specific situation.
Who is this for?
Food founders at any stage, whether you’re just getting started or already scaling. This session is for you if you recognize any of these situations:

– You’ve heard about WBSO or innovation grants but aren’t sure if your business qualifies.
– You’re collaborating with a partner on something new and want to know whether that work could be funded.
– You’re growing your team and want to invest in training, but your budget is tight.
