Meet the Buyer x Blue Olive


Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Every month, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, such as supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesalers, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won't find anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Blue Olive!
About Blue Olive
Blue Olive is the fresh new food wholesaler with a focus on delicatessens and specialty shops. Thecompany was founded in 2023, so now their team is working on putting together a range of unique products, with an interesting story behind them. Rather than focusing on a big product portfolio, Blue Olive wants to expand together with the producers they work with. These collaborations can, for example, also include the development of new products for key accounts, in order to ensure rotation. As Blue Olive is a new player on the Dutch market, please note that they are currently also working on their customer list, which will consist of chefs, specialty stores, and delis in the Netherlands.
Requirements Blue Olive
– Blue Olive is looking to meet passionate producers that offer products with attractive packaging design and high rotation. Please check their website for the look and feel of their current assortment.
– The products need to be shelf-ready, with a minimum shelf life of +/- 1 year.
Who will you meet during this session?

KR’s requirements:
– Be a member of the KR Community
– Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
– As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer’s/company’s focus.
– You can also leave your product(s) behind for the buyer, KR will collect your feedback.
–If you’re unable to attend, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, you will not be included in the next selection round for an upcoming session.
How does it work?
– We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it’s definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
–Applications for this MTB session will close on January 18. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
