Meet the Buyer x D&B The Facility Group

Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Every month, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, such as supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesalers, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won't find anywhere else. In this session, we welcome D&B The Facility Group!
About D&B
D&B The Facility Group develops food court concepts for office environments, bringing the atmosphere and quality of inner-city hospitality to the workplace. Their 30 We Canteen and Loaf locations revolve around experience, live cooking, and international cuisines, with an offering that varies throughout the day; from breakfast to lunch and afternoon moments. The concepts are tailored to the DNA of each client. D&B strives for a compact yet high-quality assortment. Within the concept, there is a strong culinary focus on Mediterranean cuisine, Middle Eastern flavors (Ottolenghi-style), and Asian cuisines.
Requirements D&B
D&B The Facility Group is looking to connect with suppliers and producers that align with their focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. They are particularly interested in:
– Products inspired by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian cuisines, though they are also open to products from other regions that fit this culinary style.
– Products that complement an extensive coffee bar offering, such as bakery items, beverages, and afternoon snacks. Innovative food products suitable for modern corporate catering and food court concepts.
– Plant-based products and vegetable-forward concepts that are strong in flavor and applicable in both hot and cold dishes.
– High-quality fresh and convenience components, including vegetables/salads, sauces/soups, toppings, fermentations, bakery, snacks, and street food elements.
– Distinctive beverage concepts suited to corporate catering environments.
D&B's procurement runs primarily through Sligro, supplemented by partners such as Instock Market. Suppliers who are available through these channels or who can connect to them have a distinct advantage.
