Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesale, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won't get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Instock Market!

About InstockMarket
InstockMarket is a sustainable foodservice wholesaler, supplying restaurants, hotels, and catering companies across the Netherlands, businesses that want to make a difference. Their warehouse is based in Diemen, and they deliver daily throughout the country.
They started by offering rescued products (surplus or imperfect foods), but have since expanded their assortment with a broad range of sustainable foodservice products, including plant-based, locally sourced, circular, and socially impactful products.

InstockMarket already supplies most major contract catering companies and is now looking to expand further into the hospitality and leisure sectors, such as restaurants, hotels, and bars. They already work with several great partners in this space and are keen to connect with more. A key advantage of working with InstockMarket is that your brand will become visible (and orderable) for nearly all major Dutch caterers.

They work with quite some Kitchen Republic members already: Van Eigen Deeg, Donny Craves, Koeckebackers, De Tweede Jeugd, Falafval, Resty, Fermi Foods, Max & Bien and even more.

Requirements InstockMarket
- Looking for brandsthat are already active in the foodservice market (or catering segment) and currently handle their own fulfillment/logistics.
- They would like to collaborate by taking over fulfillment, allowing you to focus on growing and selling your product.
- Ideally, your brand is already supplying at least 5 to 10 clients in foodservice or catering.

KR's requirements:
- Be a member of the KR Community
- Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
- As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer/companies focus.
- You can also leave your product(s) behind for the buyer, Kitchen Republic will collect your feedback.

How does it work?
- We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it's definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
- Applications for this MTB session will close on October 14. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
