Meet the Buyer x Vascobelo
Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesale, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won't get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Vascobelo!
About Vascobelo
Vascobelo is a premium coffee company with three business pillars, of which the 15 V-Points are central. A V-Point is a branded café-style location within multi-tenant office buildings, designed to bring the full Vascobelo experience directly into the workplace. From Amsterdam to Eindhoven, these V-Points serve as accessible meeting spots where office professionals can enjoy high-quality coffee, food, and hospitality.
Requirements / wishes Vascobelo:
- To-go drinks
- Pastries, sweet treats and impulse items such as chocolates, cookies, and nuts
- Quick and convenient lunch items
- Products suitable for drinks (after-work drinks) moments
- At V-Points, assortment exists out of coffee, pastries, and toasted sandwiches (toasties/panini). Larger locations also offer fresh sandwiches and catering services.
- Currently sourcing through Hanos but this may change later. Purchases outside of other wholesalers are rare.
- Their customer base is diverse, ranging from Gen Z professionals to 60+, so products should be popular, accessible, and easy to understand for a broad audience .

KR's requirements:
- Be a member of the KR Community
- Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
- As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer/companies focus.
- You can also leave your product(s) for the buyer, Kitchen Republic will collect your feedback.
How does it work?
- We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it's definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
- Application for this MTB session closes on October 8. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
