DESCRIPTION:Our Roundtable concept is about getting together with a small group of members who are willing to share their experience and knowledge on a specific topic. We develop themes based on common challenges and shared difficulties. When all participants strike a balance between giving and receiving information, we believe that a Roundtable discussion can be a very valuable experience for everyone involved.  \nLet’s talk law! In this Roundtable session, we will focus on all legal questions that arise when starting and growing your food business, as well as during your day-to-day operations—ranging from the legal structure of your business to establishing terms and conditions, data protection, and employment contracts and policies. A dynamic and interactive Legal Power Session to discuss the critical challenges founders will face as they progress from startup to scale-up and to become aware of the “unknown unknowns.”  \nThe following expert will join the Roundtable: Philip de Roos is a partner in the corporate law team at De Roos. Philip has over 20 years of experience in dealmaking within the food sector.
