Community Brainstorm: The Art of Craft

The Community Brainstorm is a collaborative brainstorming, where community members from various backgrounds, both start-ups and scale-ups, and young professionals from larger corporations, come together to generate new ideas and potential solutions for specific problems or challenges within the industry. 

There is no formal agenda, and the main problem/topic of the session is generated by the participants themselves. A power think-tank that can result in solutions, ideas and new collaborations. We believe that, in order to build bridges between start-ups and corporates, you need to be aware of each other’s challenges. And events like this will help build those bridges. 

Theme of this session: The Art of Craft
The Art of Craft is the overarching theme of this session: Old cooking techniques, fermentation, traditional ways of baking, and developing artisanal products that originate from a kitchen and not a lab. Can your business grow big while staying small? We want to discuss the challenges of artisanal producers and potential solutions to overcome them – the questions can be either specific problems that you are facing or new developments in the area of artisanal food; the challenges can range from the quality of the ingredients and pricing to getting more consumer awareness and visibility on the shelf and more.

At the beginning of the session, the participants will together decide what topic they want to work on in the session.
