Meet the Buyer x Conscious Hotels

Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with possible customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like; supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesalers, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections, you won’t get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Conscious Hotels at KR!

About Conscious Hotels
Conscious Hotels does things differently by combining stylish design and playfulness with sustainability, in short: it’s Eco-Sexy. This can be felt during your entire stay. From little notes in the rooms that tell guests about the recycled furniture and water-saving showers, to every snack and drink served being completely organic. The team at Conscious Hotels proves that making the environmentally friendly choice goes perfectly together with maintaining a high level of comfort. Conscious has four locations in Amsterdam and recently announced the opening of a new location in Utrecht. 

Requirements Conscious Hotels
– Organic certified products are a must
– Products that contribute to their concept “Meat no Need”, which means that 80% is vegetarian and 20% is meat/fish
– Products with local ingredients 

Who will you meet during this session?
The team that you will meet in this session is responsible for the Westerpak location & Bar Kantoor:

KR’s requirements:
– Be a member of the KR Community
– Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
– As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer’s/company’s focus.
– You can also leave your product(s) behind for the buyer, KR will collect your feedback.

How does it work?
– We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it’s definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
– Applications for this MTB session will close on June 11. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
