Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesale, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won’t get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome NS Stations!
About NS Stations
NS Stations is the NS organisation that is responsible for managing, operating and developing more than 400 stations and station areas in the Netherlands. They operate 13 food and non-food varieties of retail company, including AH to go, De Broodzaak, HEMA, Julia’s, Kiosk, Rituals, Smullers and Starbucks. Their range of shops is optimally adapted to the people who are travelling. Next to that, stations also have space for local tenants, such as florists, catering companies or tenants with their own retail formula, such as Leonidas or Döner Company. This allows NS Stations to provide a varied range of shops that caters to the desires of the passengers.
Requirements NS Stations
– Their team is particularly interested in products within the on-the-go segment, both sweet and savoury, but also in fresh on-the-go options such as salads.
– Please note that drinks are not relevant in this session.
– They are also interested in possible developments in the field of pasta sauces, pasta and pizza.
– They work with the wholesaler Lekkerland.

KR’s requirements:
– Be a member of the KR Community
– Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
– As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer/companies focus.
– You can also leave your product(s) behind for the buyer, Kitchen Republic will collect your feedback.
How does it work?
– We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it’s definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
– Applications for this MTB session close on April 30. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
