Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesale, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won’t get anywhere else. In this session, for the first time we will welcome a head chef, who is part of The Talent Table community.
About The Talent Table
The Talent Table is an Amsterdam based platform with a mission to place the spotlight on international culinary pioneers through monthly residencies. Its aim is to build a culinary community by bringing both the rising stars of the culinary world and culturally curious guests together.
About the Chef
Andres Reyes Solis, born in Mexico, living in Paris and head chef of Les Saint Sebastien. Andres has taken typical Mexican cuisine to the next level by incorporating modern techniques and elevated flavors while still maintaining the traditional Mexican cuisine with which he grew up.
Together with The Talent Table and Chef Andres Reyes Solis we will host an exclusive 2-day dinner series on November 6 and 7 at Kitchen Republic; seats are limited to 35 guests per dinner. For these two dinners, Andres Reyes Solis is looking to add products and ingredients to his 5-course menu.
