In our new Thursday Trend Tasting session you will get to taste and evaluate pioneering products not just from The Netherlands, but also from international markets. Expect inspiration, discovery of new surprising flavors and concepts, and a critical look at competitors.
We will kick the session off with three short inspirational presentations from Kitchen Republic Community members. They will present their products in 5-minute pitches, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. Afterwards, we will do a tasting of up to ten different (competitor) products and collect the participants’ feedback. The goal of the session is to learn from other producers and markets, stay on top of trends and also to challenge your own brand and derive potential action points.
Theme of this Trend Tasting session: The Art of Craft
The Art of Craft is the overarching theme of this session: Old cooking techniques, fermentation, traditional ways of baking, and developing artisanal products that originate from a kitchen and not a lab.
