As a food business owner, the day-to-day challenges can make it difficult to focus and prioritize your next steps. In this workshop, we’ll help you organise and drive growth in your company. Through simple exercises and proven frameworks, you’ll work alongside an expert to strengthen the core elements of your business. You’ll also learn how to ensure you and your team stay focused on what truly matters – moving the big rocks forward.
About the expert
Liesbeth Gouwens is co-founder of BitesWeLove and coach/trainer of new leaders. At BitesWeLove she’s now responsible for product development and strategy. She is a multiple startup founder, trained NLP- and systemic coach and has a background as corporate finance advisor and banker. She loves: -food, -helping people and businesses grow and -to change perspectives.
