With her brand Chilli Chan’s she’s bringing crispy chilli oil and knife-cut noodles to supermarkets in the Netherlands\, Germany and the UK. She will talk about the challenges of building a brand within a new category and what strategies she used to reach her goals – from being present at various food markets to hosting dumpling workshops and creating winning content on PR and Social Media. \nBart-Jan Veldhuizen – Bart-Jan founded Kitchen Republic in 2015\, and started his artisan bakery business LÄCKER in 2023.
