Meet the Buyer x OMISE Shop


Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with possible customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like; supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesalers, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won’t get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome OMISE Shop at KR!
About OMISE Shop
OMISE Shop is an innovative concept for unmanned retail stores. These modern, self-service shops are located in office buildings and holiday parks. The stores operate entirely without staff, using user-friendly self-checkout systems. All shops are supplied directly from the company’s distribution center in Oss by its own logistics team. With 27 holiday parks currently in operation, the company’s main focus lies within this segment.
At the holiday parks, the shops are designed to meet the needs of guests who may have “forgotten an item,” offering both food and non-food essentials such as basic meal components and breakfast additions or spreads. In addition, OMISE aims to cater to “enjoyment moments” for both adults and children, providing snacks and treats throughout the day and evening.
Wishes / requirements:
– Products that enhance “enjoyment moments” throughout the day suitable for adults and/or children.
– Chilled and non-chilled items are of interest.
– Products for breakfast, meal components, snacks etc.
– No strict requirements regarding health, sustainability, or specific dietary needs.

KR’s requirements:
– Be a member of the KR Community
– Arrive on time, assets prepared (tasting materials/presentation documents prepped) and ready to pitch
– As space is limited and time precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to see during each session as it relates to the buyer’s/company’s focus.
– You can also leave your product(s) behind for the buyer, KR will collect your feedback.
– If you’re unable to attend, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. The no-show fee for this event is €50.
How does it work?
– We offer time slots of 10 minutes per company. This might sound short, but it’s definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
– Applications for this MTB session will close on November 5. If selected, we will contact you the week prior with time slot details.
