Meet the Buyer x Ekoplaza
Our Meet the Buyer sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Monthly, we invite buyers from all different categories of the food scene, like supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesale, restaurant owners, etc. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won't get anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Ekoplaza!
About Ekoplaza
Ekoplaza was founded in 2005 and is today the market leader in the organic segment with more than 90 supermarkets in the Netherlands. The stores are supplied by Udea, a wholesaler of organic foods, natural personal care products and sustainable non-food items. The goal of Ekoplaza is to make a healthy, organic lifestyle accessible to everyone, by offering good products at fair prices. All products at Ekoplaza are organic certified.

Who will you meet during this session?

KR’s requirements:
– Be a member of the KR Community
– Arrive on time, with your materials prepared (tasting samples and presentation documents ready) and be ready to pitch
– As space is limited and time is precious, please understand that KR and the guest buyer will select the most relevant food companies to meet with during each session based on the buyer’s and companies’ focus.
– You can also leave your product(s) with the buyer; Kitchen Republic will collect your feedback.
–If you’re unable to attend, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, you will not be included in the next selection round for an upcoming session.
How does it work?
– We offer 10-minute time slots per company. This might sound short, but it’s definitely long enough to make a lasting impression.
– You cannot apply yet. We will open the application form later. Applications for this MTB session will close on November 10. If selected, we will contact you the week before with details about your time slot.
