Meet the Buyer x Goedhart Bakery Kitchen

Our "Meet the Buyer" sessions are designed to connect passionate food entrepreneurs with potential customers, buyers, and/or category managers. Every month, we invite buyers from a wide range of sectors within the food industry, such as supermarkets, online retailers, hotel chains, wholesalers, and restaurant owners. These sessions offer exclusive sales opportunities, feedback, and/or professional connections that you won’t find anywhere else. In this session, we welcome Goedhart Bakery Kitchen Group!
About Goedhart Bakery Kitchen Group
Goedhart Bakery Kitchen Group is a Dutch food manufacturer specializing in fresh, ready-to-eat, and ready-to-heat food solutions for on-the-go consumption. They believe that convenience should never come at the expense of quality, so everything is produced daily, with full control over the entire supply chain from bakery to delivery. Think sandwiches, wraps, paninis, pizzas, snacks, and easy meals—always fresh, reliable, and tailored to the moment.
They operate under three brands: The Bread Office (ready-to-eat sandwiches and lunch), Qizini (ready-to-heat paninis, pizza, and easy meals), and Sanday’s (ultra-fresh travel food). Their products are sold through multiple channels, ranging from retail to in-flight catering.
Well-known retail and foodservice partners include NS/Kiosk, with whom they co-develop new sandwich concepts.
Requirements for Goedhart Bakery Kitchen
– Distinctive ingredients: unique sauces, herb blends, toppings, fillings, or flavor components that can be integrated into existing product categories (sandwich spreads, panini fillings, pizza toppings, salad dressings, snacks).
– Recipes/concepts with a proven flavor profile: not just a rough idea, but a product or recipe that has already been tested or tasted, with known flavor, texture, and shelf life—and that is food-safe and comes with the relevant certifications.
– Scalability of the ingredient/recipe: it must be suitable for industrial processing and production (i.e., not an artisanal product that can only be made by hand). GBK prefers ready-to-eat products.
– Trend relevance: preference for concepts aligned with current themes: plant-based/vegetarian, fermentation, international cuisines, low-waste/upcycling of by-products, functional ingredients.
– Applicability within at least one of the brands/product groups: please specify whether the concept fits Bread Office (chilled fresh), Qizini (ready-to-heat), Sanday’s (travel/ultra-fresh), or salads/snacks.
– Willingness to collaborate at the recipe or ingredient level: not necessarily at the brand level. GBK is not looking to acquire a brand, but to license, purchase, or co-develop a specific ingredient or recipe
What GBK is explicitly not looking for in this session: Finished end products intended to be sold as a standalone brand on the shelf.
