In this Live Session we will focus on building a successful export strategy. Growing your business beyond national borders opens up exciting opportunities, but also brings new challenges. Tonight, we’ll dive into the process of developing a successful export strategy: from identifying the right markets and building international partnerships, to navigating logistics, regulations, and cultural differences.
An experienced food entrepreneur will share how he scaled his businesses internationally, what went well, and what they would do differently. We’ll also discuss common pitfalls, how to find the right sales channels and the importance of adapting your brand story for different markets.
About the expert
David Klingen – David launched Ghee Easy in 2015 with the idea of introducing ghee (clarified butter) to the European market. What started locally quickly grew into a successful export story, with Ghee Easy now available in countries like Japan, the UK, and Germany. David will share how he approached market entry abroad, built relationships with distributors, and managed the practicalities of exporting a niche food product.
