
The year has only just begun, but we’ve already experienced one of the best days of the year. On January 22nd, we hosted the 6th edition of the Kitchen Republic Food Startup Market. A day fully dedicated to innovative, sustainable, and above all delicious food & drinks.
Our kitchen and coworking space were transformed into a lively market with more than 50 stands, where our Community & Kitchen members showcased their newest products. The event brought together over 250 F&B professionals; including chefs, buyers, and category managers, who came to discover fresh concepts, new flavors, and potential new supplier partnerships.
