Just like every year, we finished the pre-summer season off with our biggest community event: The Kitchen Republic Summer Party. This year we met in the park – at the Buurtboerderij in Westerpark. On this day all our community members, kitchen members, and partners and acquaintances came together – to connect, celebrate, and of course enjoy some delicious food prepared by our members. And we enjoyed Brazilian live music and refreshing drinks, all in the beautiful surroundings of Westerpark. Definitely a night to remember!
Of course, when more than 100 food & drink entrepreneurs come together, the food & drink line-up is an important part of the party. Very special thanks go out to the KR members who made sure that no one left the party hungry or thirsty:
– Roze Bunker showed us their mixing skills with tasty cocktails and mocktails
– Dips and snacks were supplied by NonnaPepa, Allenbrand’s Popcorn and ZYMI
– TortillerÃa Taiyari and Resty joined forces and created the very best mushroom tacos
– Chilli Chan’s provided hot chilli oil noodles, topped with crispy chickpea tofu from Fufu The Tofu Family
– Last but not least, IJsbaart put the cherry on top with their delicious ice creamÂ
