NOW WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES!

At the beginning of November we were lucky to host the Vegetarian Butcher himself: Jaap Korteweg for an informal Friday pep talk. He sat down with us and many of you as well to crack open a drink and pick his brain.

As the interview was in live in Dutch, we decided to record the interview and have it subtitled in English for further viewing pleasure. So without further ado, we hope you enjoy!
