What a day! On January 18 the 4th edition of the Kitchen Republic Food Startup Market took place, celebrating the art of craft. We transformed our kitchen and coworking space to host more than 50 stands, exhibiting the most delicious artisanal products from our Community & Kitchen members. More than 250 food professionals, amongst them chefs, buyers and category managers, joined us – and what they found was inspiration, innovation, and potential new suppliers for their businesses, while our members had the opportunity to make new connections and meet relevant customers. All while enjoying (non-alcoholic) drinks and tasting some new and exciting snacks and desserts.
We’re super grateful to everyone who made this day a big success and we’re very proud of the 160+ startups and scale-ups in our Community and all the amazing entrepreneurs who keep on innovating and challenging the food industry. 🚀
